This site exists to make Ohio's medical cannabis process easier to start — not to replace the physician in it.
Every physician listed through NorthLindenCannabis.Clinic is an Ohio-licensed MD or DO with an active Certificate to Recommend from the State Medical Board. Appointments are real clinical conversations, and a physician is free to decline if your situation doesn't fit the law. Video visits take place on HIPAA-compliant platforms, so your health details are handled with the same care you'd expect from any medical office.
Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3796 governs the medical program. A physician's recommendation is required, but it isn't the finish line: patients then create a profile in the Ohio Patient & Caregiver Registry, and confirm residency with an Ohio driver's license or state ID. Ohio no longer charges a registration fee. Registration lasts twelve months. Qualifying conditions are set by the State Medical Board and have been expanded several times since sales began in 2019. For the authoritative version of any rule, go to the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control.
We don't sell cannabis, fill prescriptions, or practice medicine. We aren't affiliated with the state of Ohio or any dispensary mentioned on this site.
Participating physicians and telehealth partners pay for advertising and patient-connection services. That arrangement is spelled out in our Advertising Disclosure, and it has no say in whether any patient is recommended. If something here raises a question, the form on our Terms & Policies page comes straight to us.
Appointments are available throughout the week.
